Shaq visits The Pivot Podcast, speaks what could’ve been with Penny

The number one athlete-rapper.

Shaq aka Diesel aka Superman

Shaq was a dope and dominant basketball player, but he earned his chips as a rap star as well.

The best part about it was that his basketball didn’t suffer because of it.

The NBA Hall of Famer visited Channing Crowder, Fred Taylor and Ryan Clark’s The Pivot Podcast.

The part about what could’ve been with Penny Hardaway.

“That’s something I think about”

Man, I remember that they were everybody’s favourite team.

You had your team, but you rooted for the Magic to win, but it didn’t happen.

A ‘woulda, coulda’ in Shaq’s spectacular career.

What could’ve been if he had continued in Orlando with Penny Hardaway.

The two became instant superstars with the Magic, taking them to the NBA Finals.

They were cold as a duo,

They lost against the Houston Rockets, for their second of the back-to-back championships.

They broke up, O’Neal went to LA and won three championships with the Lakers plus has his number 34 raised to the rafters at Staples Center.

He won his fourth in Miami with the Heat.

Penny didn’t win any and also didn’t peak long enough to convince everyone he was a killer.

Check it out from about the 25:27 mark in the video below, where Ryan Clark asks the question.

Shaq’s response is from 25:40.
