#COVID19 – 5 Players Who Made Me Fall in Love with the Beautiful Game

We’ve seen some really interesting challenges pop up on social media during the lockdown because of Covid 19.

I accepted a challenge from the fam Mvuyisi Rosewood Dlakavu on Facebook to post my Top 5 players who made me fall in love with the beautiful game.

You already I didn’t just name the 5 players, I went to town with detail to explain why I chose the 5 players.

I did add 2 extra players as honourable mentions, but my top 5 was special and were key in me loving football or we call in South Africa 🇿🇦 and soccer in the USA 🇺🇸

DIEGO MARADONA – sent to us by God to show us how amazing we can be as people, but that we also have flaws!

STEVE SEKANO – it’s obvious, cause he was the first short player I saw. That’s how I ended up a Swallows fan.

BENEDICT MBULELO MABIKWE aka NKENKE aka LINKS (pronounces Lenks 😂😂😂) – my father. Played for White Spurs in Gugs as a goalkeeper. That’s how I started out as a goalkeeper as well for Real Ideas and later White Spurs.
